The objects for which the company is established are to receive and maintain a fund or funds and apply from time to time all or part thereof or the income therefrom or both for charitable purposes by: (a) the disbursement of funds to qualified donees. (b) to relieve poverty by the disbursement of funds to qualified donees that relieve poverty by providing basic amenities including food clothing and shelter. (c) to advance education by the disbursement of funds to qualified donees that advance education by providing scholarships bursaries awards and other forms of financial assistance. (d) to educate and increase the public's understanding and appreciation of the arts by the disbursement of funds to qualiied donees that promote the arts by providing performances of an artistic nature in the community and by providing seminars on topics related to such performances.
