protect preserve and display heritage objects archival materials history books pamphlets pictures and memorabilia of John Oliver Secondary School and display them in public places; -establish and maintain an accessible online digital web-library/data base of heritage forms of objects historical documents pictures archival material and other scholarly materials; - liaise with past and present students and teachers to share the history of John Oliver; -connect with Vancouver School Board Archives King George Archives and Vancouver Heritage Foundation to share best practices; Power point presentation of the History of John Oliver Secondary School for educational purposes Presentation to John Oliver Students Participation in Vancouver Heritage Foundation events
