Provision of food clothing and hygiene items: Through the help of over 20 volunteers JF Charity provides essential hygiene items food and clothing items to homeless and African refugees in Toronto. Annual Event- (Unity in Diversity Gala):The goal of the Unity in Diversity Gala is to bring people together from diverse backgrounds to celebrate inclusion while also celebrating and learning about African culture. The event aimed to foster mutual understanding cultural appreciation and unity through art music and food. Skills Training Program (Nigeria): With the help of a skilled artisan youths enrolled in our Skilled Training program learn how to sew bags which could serve as a source of livelihood to unemployed youths in rural communities in Nigeria. Our pilot project is in Dikenafai South East Nigeria. Nigeria. We are looking forward to scaling this program to serve more youths in the community. Medical Outreach (Nigeria):With the help of qualified medical practitioners JF Charity offers elderly people in Dikenafai Nigeria and neighbouring communities medical services. Medical Services we offer includes- eye testing glasses prescription high blood pressure check blood sugar testing malaria testing typhoid test and drugs prescription.
