1. The organization hosts an annual Human Rights Film Festival for the public. 2. The organization operates an award-winning arts and social justice training program (iAM) offered to 300+ equity-seeking youth in the GTA each year. 3. Year-Round Programming: JAYU offers showcase events throughout the year including documentary screenings spoken word poetry slams speakers events exhibitions workshops and more. 4. iAM Action is a complementary stream of programming to iAM that provides professional development and leadership training in areas such as CV/portfolio development grant writing entrepreneurship financial literacy community outreach mentorship training and anti-oppression training from an equity lens. 5. iAM Employment is a supplement that has grown out of our annual iAM programs finding ways to connect participants developing artistic skills to paid opportunities.
