The goals of foundation are straightforward and singular: to support post-secondary educational pursuit of graduates of bathurst high school and école secondarie népisiguit. Bathuest new brunswick is a small community of a population of approximatively 10 000 and foundation is well known throughout the region. As a result there is limited value in publicly advertising through traditional marketing channels. Instead the foundation take the following steps to ensure potential recipients are aware of the available funding; - maintain an active website - published the application and makes it available online - circulates copies of the application to the guidance counselling offices on an as-needed basis and as requested -coordinates with universities and post-secondary institutions in disclosing recipients and providing funding -hosts an annual reception for all recipients and parents/ guardians in which the goals purposes and origins of the foundations are reiterated to the community - local paper ( papers) usually publish and article each year listing all the recipients and institutions they will attend along with information about the scholarship.
