Islamic Society of North America-Canada (isna-Canada)

We operate places of worship with daily services and weekly Friday sermons and offer special worship opportunities during significant religious times such as Ramadan. They provide educational lectures on Islam for both the Canadian Muslim community and the wider Canadian community. We run multi-use community centers that offer various services rooted in Islamic tradition such as matrimonial and funeral services community outreach and Dawah (Islamic) resources. The centers also operate a food bank and community kitchen to support the less fortunate and those in need. Additionally we offer support and assistance to low-income individuals disabled persons and senior citizens in accordance with Islamic principles. We provide information and oversight on halal certification counseling services youth services and Quran lessons and operate weekend Islamic and Arabic schools for children youth and adults.
