• Responded to over 2 000 calls and emails in 2024 and followed through with referrals information services and program activities • Provided client – centered care services information and appropriate referrals that helped them build personal skills and access to resources to meet their needs • Mental Health Support with letter liaison with the justice system accompanying to doctor appointments call assurance caregiver abuse and medication management • 30 core and casual volunteers and 1 admin staff contributed over 3 000 volunteer hours in service development coordination evaluation and delivery of program activities • 2 Summer employment Position – program coordinator and Community Development worker • Volunteer satisfaction exceeded 96% and their feedback is very positive and inspiring • Provided intensive volunteer training opportunities for youth adults and seniors Over one hundred eighty-three days of planned program activities significantly improved program delivery capacity • Strengthened Outreach social services for isolated older adults and seniors • 11 Weeks Chair yoga exercise classes and healty eating workshops for older adults and seniors to support Health Promotion and Self-Management of Chronic Pain workshops- • Food program produced and served 2 800 Brown bag lunches to an estimated 150 to 200 participants each week • ISSRA's enhanced food bank distributed over Distributed over 513 731 lbs pounds of rescued food to more than 500 individuals and families which helped reduce the amount of food that would otherwise go to landfills and increased Ongoing Delivery Food Security activities (food handling training food bank hot lunches and community gardening to promote health and wellness • Mentoring and Student placement for 5 college students providing hand –on learning experience Partnerships and Collaboration • Toronto West Local Immigration Partnerships • Second Harvest • Post Secondary Institutions – Seneca and Humber College
