Institute of Chinese Language Culture and Arts Inc.

The institute of chinese language culture and arts inc. (iclca) is a non-profit non-partisan and non-political organization established in 1976. As of the 2023/2024 fiscal year the iclca school serves approximately 110 students. Classes are held every saturday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm following the regular school calendar from september to june. We offer cantonese and mandarin classes from level 1 to level 5 along with adult cantonese and tai chi courses. In addition we provide translation services for the police department government agencies and support new immigrants as needed. We also engage in volunteer work with local chinese communities. Our programs this year are similar to those of the previous year.
