Training social justice seekers to create the change that they seek using the Marshall Ganz community organizing model; empowering those who face precarious forms of labour oppression and other intersections to have the agency to speak towards bettering conditions for themselves and their communities. ICL partnered with many organizations to perform targeted organizing training for their groups.
