Insight Collaborative Canada

Insight collaborative canada volunteers mentored insight fellows advertised for and received applications from prospective insight fellows. Develop new policies and procedures for the insight fellowship programs including security analysis protocols for high risk fellowship placements developed strategies and plans for future fundraising events and raised funds for administrative and programs needs. Volunteer staff also provided non-partisan coaching to members of a political youth organization on meeting design and facilitation. Ran education programs to other non profits to teach a systematic framwork designed for preparing conducting and measuring success in real world negotiations. Praticipants get advice on recognizing and dealing with difficult tactics and challenging negotiation situations. They will learn how to develop negotiation skills needed to get better substantive results without damaging working relationships
