• Provide staff supported housing (17 homes 50 residents) • Provide employment and job search support (Supported Employment Program) • Provide vocational options for adults at our Early Risers and Oasis Programs (recreation life skills training literacy crafts) • Provide Community Inclusion services for our residents including those with high needs • Provide Community Inclusion services for young adults (community access life skills training volunteering recreation) (ACE/THRIVE Programs) • Provide Community Inclusion services for young adults (community access life skills training volunteering recreation) (REV (Recreation Education Volunteerism) Program) • Provide Community Inclusion services for individuals transitioning from Day Services to Employment (LIFE (previously RISE) Program) • Provide Adult and Childrens’ Community Respite supports to families • Provide support to people living independently (Independent Living Services and Supported Living Services) • Provide transportation to/from vocational and community inclusion services • Provide services to children (Kidz Club in school year Summer one-to-one high needs) • Provide services to teens using ‘club’ modes focusing on various activities • Provide one-to-one support for non-resident adults with high needs • Provide one-to-one Life Skills support for individuals living independently • Provide Shared Living services providing community housing (family setting) in partnership with individuals (the services are focused on home and community integration and engagement in productive activities) • Host Agency supports providing in-home medical and other required supports • Provide supports to children turning 19 transitioning to adult services (BRIDGE Program) • Community Integration services building on social capital with program participation open to any youth in the community • Crisis Response services providing Crisis Response support to individuals in need
