Canadian nationals employed by Inca Link Canada and residing in Trujillo Peru are actively engaged in reaching low-income youth through a combination of sports education and holistic community development. The program continues to operate multiple times per week consistently serving over 200 children and youth. A key component of this role involves training and equipping local leaders to collaborate effectively in furthering Inca Link Canada’s mission. Significant progress has been made in relationship-building and strategic planning resulting in vetted partnerships and the establishment of operational agreements with local stakeholders. Ecuador a qualified intermediary has established a social help program where families in vulnerable situations such as poverty catastrophic illnesses and migration can exchange plastic bottles for a food basket of non-perishables. This program is in accordance with the Inca Link Canada's mission and vision. Peru a qualified intermediary has established a ministry engaged in teaching nutrition and personal hygiene to young women. This has offered impoverished women education discipleship and evangelism programming in accordance with Inca Link Canada's mission and vision. Peru a qualified intermediary has established a ministry engaged in offering meals homework help and practical life skills to children ages 3 yrs to 17 yrs of age. This has offered nutrition and education to low-income and high-risk children in the community. This program is in accordance with the Inca Link Canada's mission and vision. Columbia Costa Rica Guatemala and Honduras qualified intermediaries have established ministries engaged in academic support for Children and Youth in low-income communities through homework help and English classes. This has offered extra learning support to educational systems with limited access to information and resources in accordance with Inca Link Canada's mission and vision.
