Immanuel Baptist Church

We hold regular weekly worship services for religious purposes. Children's choir is held on sunday mornings. Craft program for children is held on sunday mornings. Sunday school is every sunday morning adult choir meets once a week. Group bible studies meet several times a week. Summer months a day camp is offered for children and youth. Frequent meetings for international students in our community. Youth weekend retreats in winter. Youth events held throughout the year. Youth go away to overnight camp during the summer. Visitation to those in hospital shut in and elderly. Fellowship events - bbq june jubilee etc. Quarterly senior events - including luncheons. Care program for those going through crisis situation. (stephen ministries) support local food bank with seasonal food drives turkey give away at thanksgiving support local winter clothing drive by collecting winter clothes annually. Alpha program is run weekly to introduce people to what it means to be a christian. Prayer meeting is held sunday morning before church services. Farsi language congregation holds weekly worship services bible studies and occasional social events or special worship services. Celebrate black history month in february. Neighbourhood outreach festival annually. Young adult bible study and events occurs approximately on a monthly basis. Youth mentorship program runs annually.
