Icej aid & development aims to teach biblical truth confront hatred by promoting justice bringing the universal lessons of the holocaust to churches and christian communities building bridges between christians and jews; teaching the history of christian antisemitism; educating aobut the legacy of righteous among the nations. Icej canada provides practical comfort to israel though aid projects. Using donations and funds raised in the sale of teaching materials funds were transferred to our agent nicole yoder to fund projects such as: absorption of new immigrants through our mentoring project aiding orphaned and deaf children and supporting the christian friends of yad vashem. Funds are provided to support the basic needs of elderly holocaust survivors through the haifa home where over 80 lone and impoverished survivors live in newly renovated quarters they have a dining room free medical dental care and fellowship. Icej partners with operation lifeshield to provide much needed bomb proof shelters for schools community centres and bus stops to protect against terrorist missiles especially in southern israel. The red carpet project-women at risk - icej works with women who have been part of the sex trade to find security and wholeness new program called elderly ethiopians provides support for basic needs as these ethiopians fall through social networks because of their age 70+
