Hylife Foundation Inc.

The charity raises receives maintains and manages funds and direct all or part of the income derived therefrom for charitable purposes through donations to qualified donees as defined in the income tax act (canada) as amended from time to time. The organization provides support for charitable causes by making donations to those qualified donees (as recognized by the canada revenue agency) who are engaged in charitable undertakings.
