Humber Meadows Long Term Care Home ( the 'Organization') is an independent corporation incorporated without share capital which has its own Board of Directors and is a registered charity under the Income Tax Act. In partnership with the Ministry of Long Term Care the Organization operates a 320 bed long term care home facility located at the Finch site campus of Humber River Health The operations of the Long -term care are funded by the Ministry of Long-term Care since opening in June 2023.
