Development and support of aid programs for the relief of poverty in the Ukraine Eastern Europe including: 1) Operating a child sponsorship program providing funds to support orphanages soup kitchens and crisis centers which provide food clothing medical and dental care and education supplies. 2) Providing medical and dental care for the poor in rural areas without access to medical care. 3) Providing medical and dental supplies to hospitals and prison hospitals. 4) Disbursements from Education Fund for providing post secondary training or vocational training after children finish high school.
