Ensuring aboriginal children youth and their families are connected to their culture. Ensure aboriginal children and youth remain in and/or are returned to a safe and healthy living environment providing individual family and group urban aboriginal children youth and families promoting cultural awareness and fostering positive cultural identity providing appropriate community and service referrals. Providing skills and knowledge to aid in improving the lives of aboriginal people and communities.
