To promote the health and well-being and relieve the distress and suffering of children who are dealing with a serious illness or medical condition or a tragedy involving a close family member by: a) providing comfortable and/or special blankets pillows and other such items to children; b) establishing and maintaining funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income to qualified donees who have ojjects related to the health and well-being of such children.
