We provide housing with care for 10 individuals living with HIV/AIDS (the housing provided is encompassed in one large home). We provide all meals and 24 hour staffing to further help with any physical assistance supervision and other supports a resident may need. We provide transportation for residents who require it or arrange for appropriate transportation for them. We advocate with other health and care organizations to set up home care community nursing or home doctors when a resident becomes palliative. We provide support to residents who are able to transition back to independent living. This sometimes includes providing furniture household supplies and groceries.
