Hospice Peterborough

We provide health system navigation counselling and support to people who are seriously ill as well as to their caregivers. We rain screen supervise and place volunteers with our clients providing practical emotional and/or spiritual support. We provide a variety of grief groups for adults teens and children. We provide services of the palliative care community team (pcct) to our community. We have a lending library with resources relating to palliative care etc. We provide consultation on issues related to palliative pain and symptom management. We provide educational opportunities for professionals volunteers and the community. We provide a day hospice program with support groups lunch and activities for people who are seriously ill. We provide numerous wellness programs for our clients. We have a 24/7 residential hospice facility with 10 beds.
