Hospice Georgian Triangle

At the core of hospice georgian triangle's mandate are the in-home visiting and bereavement support programs. Since 1987 trained volunteers have provided support to our community. Companionship and breavement support are the key services offered in our community for those families experiencing the end-of-life process. The volunteer provides practical information emotional support is knowledgeable about anticipatory grief and the grieving process as well as the emotional and social challenges of supporting a loved one at end-of-life. Hospice georgian triangle opened the doors of campbell house on august 5 2014 with residential end-of-life care beds. Registered nursing and personal support care is provided 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The philosophy of hospice palliative care focuses on patients and families and meeting their needs including medical emotional and spiritual care.
