1. To advance education by providing leadership and life-skills training to individuals or families who are poor or in need living outside canada. 2. To advance education by providing instruction and training to individuals who are poor or in need outside canada to develop entrepreneurial and self-sustaining skills; and 3. To promote health by providing individuals who are poor or in need outside canada with access to health care information and health care services who would not otherwise receive adequate health care information and health care services.
