1) Research and public education on HIV-related legal and human rights issues such as: HIV testing and confidentiality criminalization of HIV non-disclosure human rights of people who use drugs and prisoners gender inequalities and women's vulnerability to HIV and AIDS rights of LGBT people rights of sex workers legal aspects of HIV treatment care and support; 2) Publication of research reports info-sheets legal briefs and Q&A documents; 3) Answering public requests for information on HIV-related legal issues; 4) Participation in court proceedings to advance human rights of people living with HIV and communities particularly affected by HIV; 5) Capacity-building workshops and seminars on HIV-related legal issues and human rights.
