To promote health by providing the public with sonography and doppler imaging medical services. To promote health by providing affected populations with with health care services or products that prevent and manage serious treaths to health and survival. To releive poverty in developing nations by providing basic necessities of life including food clean water clothing and/or shelter to families who are poor of low income or in need. To provide education counseling and other support services for immigrants and refugees in need including lamguage instruction employment training job search programs on Canadian culture and life. To undertake activities anciliary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purposes. To receive and maitain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in sub-section 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
