Heartwood healing centre facilitates the healing journey of people (16+) who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and increases society’s understanding of this form of trauma. We do this by providing therapeutic services strengthening support systems exchanging knowledge and raising awareness. Services include: - engagement and service coordinator sessions - short term counselling - long term therapy - psychoeducational groups - therapy groups - support groups - webinar and workshops - support & advocacy - service provider trainings and workshops - peer support training and volunteer opportunities - parenting after trauma support sessions and groups
