* fasd damily/caregiver support group project one of our provincially funded initiatives where health nexus has been tasked with providing micro subsidies and ongoing community mobilization and knowledge exchange opportunities to build new and augment existing support group activities across the province. * fasd one stop another provincially funded initiative where health nexus developed a bilingual website offering a searchable database of ontario fasd services training resources and news. * petite enfance en santé is a project that aims to bridge the gap between the health sector and the early childhood sector for which health nexus works to build capacity to improve the wellbeing of francophone families in ontario. Funded by the federal government. * first exposure is a project developed in collaboration with the dalla lana school of public health. It will be a network dedicated to maternal reproductive and early child health supporting research education and knowledge generation helping parents children and their families. * indigenous brain story will adapt the content of brain story specifically for the indigenous communities. Health nexus co-designs this program with communities to develop and mobilized knowledge.
