Headford cultural group operated crestwell centre in which it provided programs that help girls and young women of all backgrounds to fully develop their potential through optimizing their skills and talents. The programs are designed to foster leadership skills and character development with a focus on personal integrity ethical decision making and giving back to society through service projects. Each program is age specific and designed to enrich educational cultural social and personal aspects of life from elementary and secondary school through university and early career development. Programs for elementary students grades 6-7 feature cooking classes arts crafts and cultural outings; grades 7-10 study home economics donating proceeds of activities to the education of girls in developing countries. Grades 9-10 participate in leadership training service projects to help the less fortunate courses on ethics and philosophy; grades 11-12 attend 2-day retreats focusing on personal and moral development weekly programs assisting them with the right choices for university/college programs. Both overnight and day leadership camps are held each year and see an ever-increasing attendance. The camps comprise parent and youth leaders and counsellors as well as youth leaders-in-training counsellors-in-training and campers in grades 4 through 11. Crestwell centre also provides women at all stages of life with culturally enriching seminars educational workships and retreats.
