Head Injury Rehabilitation Ontario

We provide community based rehabilitation for individuals with an acquired brain injury. Services include: 1) residential (7 sites) 2) outreach (community re-entry job search and placement and assessment services) 3) community resource services (provides periodic assistance to participants who have achieved their service goals) 4) group services (recreation and leisure therapuetic groups life skills groups and crisis management)
