Speaking & advocacy -speaking on issues related to mental health and suicide including sharing lived experiences and local resources. This is provided to churches youth groups schools music venues and other community groups online outreach -sharing messages of hope through social media positive mental health merchandise -promotion of and advocacy for issues of mental health and suicide prevention through messaging on merchandise such as clothing and stikcers made available through an online store or at live speaking events
