The hart pioneer centre provides nutritious hot mails daily (mon-fri) and 'meals on wheels' for seniors/disabled in the community. It provides recreation and fitness programs for seniors to maintain an active lifestyle. The centre's extensive programs and special functions would not be possible without the vast number of members and non-member volunteers. In 2023 the centre had an estimated 10 953.60 volunteer hours. Choose to move/active/age program. The main purpose of this new program is to improve the mobility and fitness of seniors and the disabled by establishing bi-monthly group sessions and weekly fitness classes.
