Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation ('HHSC') is a family of five hospital sites and five specialized facilities in Hamilton and West Niagara. HHSC operates McMaster Children's Hospital Hamilton General Hospital Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre St. Peter's Hospital and West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. HHSC staff of 15 000 physicians researchers and volunteers serve the health needs of approximately 2.3 million residents of Hamilton and Central South & Central West Ontario. HHSC serves as both a community hospital and a regional centre for an array of acute care services including: cardiac stroke care cancer care palliative care and pediatrics.
