Hamilton Community Foundation

Hamilton community foundation drives positive change in hamilton by building and managing endowed and other charitable funds and making strategic and effective grants and loans to charitable organizations and initiatives. We facilitate growth of philanthropy act as a knowledge resource and as a catalyst for community problem solving and by bringing together people ideas and resources. Our grants are disbursed to qualified recipients primarily but not exclusively in hamilton. We serve all sectors of our city; arts and culture education and environment recreation health and services.
