Halton Hills Christian School

Ongoing Programs Halton Hills Christian School continues its charitable service to the community by providing a Christian education through its curriculum and activities. Our vision is to be a leader in kindergarten to grade 8 education in the greater Halton Hills area. We challenge teach nurture and equip our students to develop all of their gifts and talents through a program that is academic physical social and spiritual. Our school program offering includes the Arrowsmith program a brain based cognitive program to help students overcome learning challenges Fast Forward which stresses auditory development and strong and varied student leadership initiatives as well as a before and after-school care program. Our grade 8 students participate in a six week business intern position during the year. Students engage in learning both inside and outside of the classroom utilizing our property that includes a newly developed wetland. We also do an extensive Christmas musical production open to the surrounding community. Student learning extends beyond the classroom walls to engage the larger community through project-based and service education.
