Greville Bay Shipbuilding Museum Society

Operates a Museum Complex including a gift shop and a cafe. We receive catalogue and preserve artifacts pertaining to the Shipbuilding & Lumbering historical activities of the area. Through interactive and hands-on displays we provide informative and educational tours promoting the area and educating visitors on the historical significance of the area. We have specialized activities and tours for children.We host local groups for meetings and events as well as other workshops and programs collaborating with other local groups like Cliffs of Fundy Geopark and Parrsboro Creative. We provide support to local organizations such as the fire department through facility rental when fundraising and the local radio station. We provide a space for the local men's group to meet as well as the Gem Show committee. Updated Kids Activity book for visiting children to engage and educate Created a travel box of information and items for visits to schools seniors or groups and also as a loaning tool to other museums.
