Green Teams of Canada

Green teams of canada (gtc) was founded in 2013 and its mission is to inspire stewardship of nature by connecting diverse individuals through hands-on educational environmental activities (i.e. Removing invasive plants planting native species shoreline clean-ups). Gtc accomplishes its mission through: 0 delivering ecosystem restoration volunteer opportunities increasing civic engagement and biodiversity 0 hands-on outdoor education and skill development for citizens 0 empowering building and creating a sense of belonging within communities 0 collaborating with multiple stakeholders (government ngos educational institutions)
