In europe: assist existing evangelical churches and members of the body of christ. Establish evangelical churches in europe; establish training centres in europe for the preparation of national pastors and lay leaders. In canada: report to churches concerning gem ministries in europe. Recruit new missionaries for bible institutes bible colleges seminaries and for evangelism church planting and support ministries. Oversee staff and missionary personnel.
