Education activities related to creating awareness of the impact of aging are: - an on-line info hub provides contact information for local resources related to community events housing options food security volunteerism helplines health and wellness services and more. -an on-line seniors discount directory provides discount information for accommodations entertainement finacial/legal food/restaurants personal services retail trades and transportation. -community at home free virtual workshops and newsletters encourage social participation and community connections while creating awareness about topics of interest. - since not all seniors have access to computers the age-friendly calendar is a free printed calendar that features topics of interest and provides easy access to local resources. - both the website and social media are always kept current.
