Gordon & Ruth Gooder Charitable Foundation

The gordon and ruth gooder charitable foundation hopes the legacy of its founders will be to have helped improve the lives of youth at risk. The foundation is concerned about the welfare of youth who are disadvantaged due to their economic and/or social circumstances or who are experiencing physical challenges. Consistent with the gooders philosophy of trust and respect for people regardless of their role in society along with the gooders clear decisive communication and decision-making style the foundation will support innovative programs or projects in ontario or national projects that include ontario-based organizations. Generally the foundation will fund capital items and special projects for youth at risk but not ongoing general operations. Nor will it fund research or operational deficits. Programs designed to address the welfare and needs of senior citizens are also interest to the foundation.
