Charity provides food staples for low income families in need of additional food to supplement their daily living needs. It also provides education to the community as well as healthy nutritional snacks to children during the summer after school ends. The charity grew some of its own produce to include in its weekly hamper distribution. The charity offers community programs one for youth as well as a seminar on mental health and the effects of poverty on health. The charity partners with many local grocery stores to reclaim their excess foods to supplement its hampers especially in the area of fresh foods. The charity partners with the local thrift store to provide at no cost warm coats hats scarves and mitts for client in need of winter clothing. The food centre is available to the extended communities in and around the sask valley region of rosthern saskatchewan. The charity has developed a comprehensive education and training program according to canada foodbanks standards of excellence. The charity offered a market venue for the community on an adhoc basis. In may of 2024 the charity moved from a hamper model to a store model for the distribution of food thus allowing customers to choose from a selection of foods available.
