Pioneer camp for kids - educational summer camp for kids 6-12 years. Week long day camps with four camps throughout the summer. The children learn about old ways of doing things and the importance of food security then and now. Exhibit creation - the museum is constantly working on new and interesting stories and ways of delivering the information to the public. Digitization of the archives - as we move forward we find that it is beginning increasingly important to have our collection digitized to improve access to the public. Golden fall faire - an annual event that the museum host to celebrate the end of our summer season. On the second saturday of september the community comes together to enjoy a day full of live music. Fall fair agricultural exhibits and competitions like the largest pumpkin the best in class for vegetables the best pie etc. Play old fashion games and shop at the farmers market.
