The operation of dramatic theatre for the purpose of a) promoting interest in and the practice of drama and the related arts; b) establishing and operating a theatre and repertory group; c) providing facilities for the education and instruction in the theatrical arts; d) advancing knowledge and appreciation of dramatic culture and tradition by theatrical performances; e) conducting annual theatrical festivals and such other complementary purposes not inconsistent with these objects.
