1) provide education and consultation services for immigrants and refugees including translation services finding affordable housing accessing health and educational resources and other information programs 2) advance education by providing tutoring to elementary and middle school students 3) receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.(1) of the income tax act
