The objective of the Charity was intended to make gifts to 'qualified donees' as that term is defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) with all funds in the Company being used for charitable purposes. No ongoing programs were conducted in 2024. Due to inactivity and the decision to pursue this objective the Charity will be seeking voluntary revocation in January 2025.
