Glenora Community Building Society

The charitable status was granted in the fall of 2022. The planning for the redevelopment of the community hall was started in the spring of 2023 with a community engagement survey as well as work done to assess the existing building. We have completed the building assessment and have come up with a conceptual plan of the changes required to the building. We have engaged a team to detail out the engineering and design. This planning phase is expected to take us through to the next fiscal year. Once we have a design and budget we will initiate the fundraising activities which we expect will require multiple years before we reach the funds required for a community hall redevelopment.
