Girls Forward Foundation

Girls forward foundation is a registered canadian charity committed to empowering girls through sports physical activity and education. We aim to build confidence and leadership skills by hosting a wide range of national and local events and programs both in-person and virtual. Developed by industry leaders we deliver an evidence-based curriculum in our programs which addresses importance topics such as removing barriers and promoting positive body image. We actively collaborate with diverse communities and organizations to create opportunities for girls to connect with each other and with local role models. Our role models are relatable empowered active leaders (real) who inspire girls to pursue their passions in sports and physical activity.
