Habitat for humanity build days: the ghd foundation including ghd foundation (canada) proudly partners with habitat for humanity. Our dedicated ghd staff roll up their sleeves to help build homes for families in need. This inspiring mission to break the cycle of poverty through home ownership perfectly aligns with our goal of making a global impact. These included build days in montreal quebec and greater ottawa ontario with ~20 staff participating. Building equity in education through bursaries: through steam bursaries the ghd foundation is transforming the lives of underserved communities by unlocking their full educational potential. In 2024 we awarded 3 bursaries at 3 universities. The bursaries were to university of guelph university of waterloo in ontario and the university of british columbia in the province of bc. Foodbank donations: the ghd foundation elevated its impactful giving through matching donations of ghd staff funds raised during campaigns. Seven officers participated by organizing 50-50 draws lunches a fittness challenge silent auction bake sale leadership games and more. Ghd staff raised $33 740.93 cnd which the ghd foundation matched.
