To maintain and operate on a non-profit basis facilities which provide residential complex and special care as defined by the community care as assisted living act regulations. To carry on any activities related to the provision of residential complex and special care which in the opinion of the board of directors may be justified by the facilities personnel funds or other requirements that are or may be made available. To co-operate with and where possible provide services to other community facilities or organizations concerned with the general health of the community.
