1. To provide emergency rescue veterinary care and adoption services for unwanted community cats. 2. To advance responsible cat ownershipp in an attempt to reduce the overpopulation of cats. 3. To advance education of tohse who can no longer keep their cats regarding their options to place cats in shelters or rescues 4. To advance the education of cat owners through articles newsletters and other literature and social media in the hopes that cats become free from cruelty neglect abuse and abandonment. 5. To trap-neuter-vaccinate - return and amange feral / community cats colonies assess community cats for suitability for inclusion in the organizations foster and adoption programs or working placement programs
