GEF Seniors Housing

Locations are owned or managed for Alberta Seniors and Housing operation of 10 lodges plus 1 lodge for mild metal health issues. Managed 26 rent geared to income self-contained apartments under contract for Alberta Seniors and Housing. Owned and managed 3 affordable housing apartments and 1 self-contained apartment. All facilities are located in Edmonton. Our purpose is to promote develop provide and manage affordable housing that encourages a high quality of life for senior citizens. We are members of the Alberta Seniors Community & Housing Association Alberta Public Housing of Alberta Association Active Aging Canada Sage and the International Council of Active Aging. These are all charitable organizations who represent Alberta Seniors. City of Edmonton appoints Board Members.
